Confirmation of booking

The confirmation of the reservation is valid if the deposit has been paid, ie 30% of the total cost of stay, within 3 days.

Note: 

i) Confirmation of availability for specific dates as received from “Caretta Resort” reservations is not considered as a confirmation to a reservation. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit.

In order to be valid and final any reservation should be accompanied by an advance of 30% of the total cost of stay.

ii) Confirmation of the deposit made should also be forwarded to “Caretta Resort” reservations by email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) within 3 days.

NOTE: Any costs of the deposit will be borne by the depositor.

Refunds

For a cancellation of booking, a refund to the deposit is only given under the following conditions.

0% cancellation fee:
Full refund – When the cancellation of booking has been given to “Caretta Resort” reservation’s department 1 hour after booking.

Note: 
i) 100% of the deposit is refunded.
ii) Accepted notices are either by email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.).

30% cancellation fee:
A 30% of the prepayment fee is charged if a cancellation of the reservation has been made within 60 days, from the date of check in.

*For pre-term departures, there is a cancellation fee equal to the 50%of the remaining rental period (Law 1652/86 Gov.Gaz.167A)

Balance of deposit
Payment is made at "Caretta Resort" 14 days prior to arrival.

Note: Banking tranfer costs is charged to the customer
